I would look at the original partnership that included Dr. Coates. I can agree with taking a walk or getting some friends together for exercise or sport fun.       It seems you are more self promoting than anything else but I appreciate you reading my articles. I cannot agree with the theory of not exercising or not using exercise to release weight. My experience and what I hear is that fad diets or “magic pills” are not a good solution for long term weight release or good health. I would always recommend the healthiest proven ways versus a fad.

      Not sure what the tips are or if they serve my audience but I do agree that we do not have to go the route of pills, health club memberships add more than just physical benefits it is also a form of social exercise as well which is vital for us as humans. There is no one magic way to reduce belly fat, calorie restriction but even better is reducing the amount of gluten and sugars would be recommended as well as limiting dairy consumption. I am no expert but I do find that has helped me and many people I know change their body shapes.

    There are a lot of myths on how you can really get washboard abdominals. For a single point you don’t have to do hundreds of basic ab crunches on the floor.       I will reply to this but not sure how it pertains to my post or how you benefit. The right blend of Chia seeds will allow those exercises to be more intense without blood sugar drops and will allow recovery periods to shorten based on my two years of consuming a specific blend of white and black chia seeds and picked at a specific maturity date then micro sliced with a proprietary method which does not heat the seed up. My experience with a Mila type chia blend at a fraction of the cost is highly recommended and can be purchased through an affiliate site.

      Hi Sean, not quite in relation to the article but I can agree with you that if not done properly crunches or sit ups will do more harm than good. I do however personally like the effect of doing crunches and sit ups for they have allowed me to have a much better look and my core is stronger than ever!       Saragusa, you are correct that sleep is very beneficial but my experience and readings have shared similar answers: Not all people require the recommended 8 hours but it seems that between 6 to 8 hours for the average male and 7 to 8 for females due to the composition of our bodies and that the older we get the less sleep is required mostly due to the lack of activity and the body being in a more rested state constantly. If you can get 8 hours congratulations, I know as a teen I slept 8 to 12 hours and now it would be difficult for me to go longer than 8 unless it was a heavy duty mental time or physical time for me.

    Start doing efficient ab exercises like reverse crunches. They are done by laying on the floor together with your legs up within the air. Bend your knees at about 90 degrees then bring your keens back again to touch your chest. Go back to the beginning position and you may have completed the rep.
