I want to share 4 key actions that make you a leader with MLSP System.

Alright let’s get to it! No matter what business you are in now if you are in the people business and you interact or network with individuals then you need to read on. There is a building process and these 4 key elements are simple yet when followed in order provide the foundation and leadership that builds trust, following, belief, longevity and sustainability.

I got these gems from a friend of mine who is a 6 figure earner in his primary networking business and on the top 1/3rd of MLSP System, here they are:

1. Learn: constantly be reading something, listening to something, going to some place that increases your self awareness, sales and networking skills, increases your speaking abilities, teaches you presenting skills and so on. You must constantly be in the mode of learning or reviewing materials.

2. Implement: You must implement what you learn. You must first lead by example and test new techniques and skill sets that will help mold and enhance your leadership skills. This is the foundation, the starting point of becoming a true leader. Walk the Talk!

3. Share: You must now share after you have learned and implemented. Share it with everyone! Do not be selective it is not ours to hide! Share what you learn and the team will show up. New leaders will be attracted to you and all of the value you provide and the success you experience. Share the knowledge gain the wealth!

4. Train: Leadership takes shape here. Now you are ready to lead, learn how to train step by step and support those willing to take action. Train everyone willing to sit in, train them to be better as you are training yourself. This is where those willing to follow the steps, those who took the time and put in the effort now rise to the top. Leadership will then be easy, people will come seeking you and you will build the team you dreamt of, generate the money you knew deep down you could.
