1. Self-Motivation:
Welcome and congratulations Lifemax Distributors and friends you just decided to embark on this journey we call entrepreneurship. To be successful at it you need to be self-motivated. No one will make you get up and take action, no one will make you start and complete the tasks necessary to reach your success. You must commit in motivating yourself.
You start by knowing what you want and realizing why you want it to happen. What is the real reason you want to be home, make your own choices, do the hard work necessary? Is it to have more time with children? Learn how to enjoy life and truly “live”? Whatever the reason know it! Do not come up with the superficial answers like…”I want to be comfortable” I don’t need to be rich I just want to be happy” All sound good on the surface but really do not make much of an impression on us or others.
2. Be Willing To Work A System:
You must be willing to work and at times work really hard. You must be willing to trust in the system and do the same thing over and over and still have to wait for the rewards. You must be willing to work a system and not try to put your own “better” spin on it. If you were better you would not need this!
Starting a business requires a great deal clarity, knowing exactly what you want and having a plan with clear, defined and measurable goals. It takes allot of dedication and work but it is soooo worth it. Persistence will pay better than smarts and those that stick to it no matter what obstacles or thoughts enter their mind reap the rewards.
You also need a good lead generation system and the support of your up line. There are many ways to attract leads and one method may work well for me but not for you. Choose what you do not mind doing, you will do it much better and for longer than if you did not like it.
3. Great Attitude:
A Great attitude is contagious and will rally people around you. You are much more attractive and interesting with a great attitude. This is a relationship business, if you want to grow a team you must lead, every great leader I know has a great attitude. Successful Lifemax Distributors know what they want and are confident that they will achieve success. A great attitude let’s you look on the bright side or inject a dose of optimism into your team at the right time.
4. Fire and Passion:
You need to find your fire! If you do not find your passion and the fire that will keep you going this may become just another “thing I did not finish”. Do not let this happen!
