Any time I have a problem (which is rare) their 24/7 support team is just a click or phone call away.
Eleven2 – Eleven2 is also a fantastic option for hosting your site. They include cloudflare with shared hosting plans and have the best priced cloud hosting around. Uptime is amazing and their support is fantastic as well. My web designer / developer uses them exclusively.
